S Kumar, Managing Partner Kumar has had extensive experience as a financial and political journalist working for 9 years with The Straits Times. He was also Asiaweek's Singapore correspondent. In the financial sector Kumar also has experience as a research analyst at an international broking firm, where he covered blue chip companies listed on the Malaysian and Singapore stock exchanges. He specialises in investor and media relations, as well as corporate and crisis communications, serving clients across industry sectors for the last 15 years.

Lena Soh-Ng, Senior Partner Lena Soh-Ng has accumulated over 20 years experience in public relations and media. As a senior PR professional, Lena has directed PR programs including corporate visibility for businesses and changing perceptions in public campaigns. Lena has also been a trainer in media management and an advisor in the area of crisis management consultancy work. Her working experience has been at Singapore Broadcasting Corporation (now Mediacorp) and also the print media. Lena was the President of Institute of Public Relations of Singapore (IPRS) from 1993 to 1994.
